Nothing in this world is permanent so learn to let go and move on, forgive and forget, love and live as if it were your last day on earth. Strive to become a better person but do not lose yourself in doing so because our goal in life is not to be perfect - no one expects you to be. Hope for today and dream for tomorrow.
Silly little girl. Stop getting attached to the things in life that you know will never be permanent. Stop putting yourself in a vulnerable position and do not expect that good things will come your way. You have lived long enough to know that good things never come your way and if they do, they will never last.
Because life is evanescent. Everything will eventually come to an end and all you will be left with are the shards and pitiful remains of your destroyed heart and soul.
It’s easier said than done.
I don’t think I can answer this question just because I am not even sure what “liking someone” encompasses anymore. But from my past experiences, I never really got flush-faced. My heart does beat a little quicker though, I don’t know.
But if liking someone means that you enjoy their company a lot and want to be around them all the time then yes, maybe I do.
